We provide business class vehicle rental services to qualified individuals and corporate clients in the Manchester area. All rentals are subject to availability and our acceptance of your booking request.
Submitting a booking enquiry through our website does not guarantee vehicle availability. We will confirm your reservation via email once we have verified availability and received any required documentation.
Reservations are not finalised until you have received written confirmation from us and, where applicable, signed a rental agreement.

Payment is required in advance for the rental period. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. A refundable security deposit is required before vehicle collection.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled collection time will receive a full refund minus a £25 administration fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of collection time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the full rental payment.
Vehicles must be used in accordance with UK road traffic laws and the terms of the rental agreement. You may not:
All rentals include comprehensive insurance coverage with a standard excess. The excess amount will be specified in your rental agreement.
You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period up to the excess amount. You are also liable for any parking fines, traffic violations, or congestion charges incurred during your rental.
Insurance coverage may be void if you breach any terms of the rental agreement or use the vehicle in an unauthorised manner.
Vehicles are provided in clean, roadworthy condition with a specified level of fuel. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate fluid levels during the rental and returning the vehicle in the same condition.
You must report any mechanical issues or damage immediately. Do not attempt repairs without our authorisation.
Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date and time to our specified location. Late returns will incur a fee of £25 per hour.
The vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level as provided. Failure to do so will result in refuelling charges at our standard rate plus an administration fee.
